Shipping policy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made.

After you place an order it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Domestic orders arrive between 5-10 business days, and international orders between 14-21 business days.

Starling Jackets is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Arrival Time

Orders placed via the website will be shipped within 3 business days.

If doing a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of return shipping.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase.
